The owner of a house in Cuba whenever you travel on a temporary or up to 24 months, or have the Residence Abroad or indefinite exit permit granted by the Cuban immigration authorities as set out in Decree No. 305 dated 11 October 2012, amending Decree No. 26 "Regulations of the Immigration Act", you can leave with a special power of attorney before a Notary Public to a person you care housing, not the Cuban travel permanently.
